This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of online training products from GRX PM Consultancy LLC.
1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date, provided you have not accessed more than the first module of the course.
To request a refund, send an email to guillaume.roux@grx-pm.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and your order details. We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have elapsed since the date of purchase
- More than one module has been accessed or downloaded
- The request does not include a valid order reference
- The purchase was made under a corporate licence agreement (separate terms apply)
3. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the course materials, please contact us at guillaume.roux@grx-pm.com before requesting a refund. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider Paddle and returned to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5โ10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Access Termination
Upon confirmation of a refund, your access to the course materials will be revoked immediately.
