Privacy Policy How we collect, use and protect personal data
GRX PM Consultancy LLC (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.
1. Data We Collect
When you purchase or access our training products or online consultations, we may collect:
- Identity data: your name and email address
- Transaction data: purchase details, amount paid, date of purchase
- Access data: login timestamps, modules accessed
- Booking data: the date and time you choose and the information you provide when booking a consultation
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information (collected automatically)
When you contact us by email, we receive the content of your message, including any Project Health Check result you choose to include.
Project Health Check: your answers are processed in your browser only; we do not collect or store them. If you share your result, the link contains only your six area scores.
We do not collect or store payment card details: all payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record, under its own privacy policy.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To process your purchase and deliver access to the course
- To schedule and deliver your consultations
- To send you your access credentials and course-related communications
- To answer your requests, including sending the GRX Project Recovery Framework™ when you ask for it
- To manage and protect our business and this website
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
3. Data Sharing
We share your data only with:
- Lemon Squeezy: our reseller and payment processor, to complete transactions
- Vimeo: our video hosting provider, to deliver video content
- Cal.com: our scheduling provider, to book consultations
- Google (Google Meet): to hold online consultations
- Authorities, when required by law
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service you purchased, and thereafter for a period of 5 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations
- Object to or restrict processing of your data

6. Cookies
This website uses no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so no third-party font service is contacted. The checkout (Lemon Squeezy) and booking (Cal.com) pages are operated by those providers, under their own cookie and privacy policies.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction.
8. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
