Terms of Service Online training, consultations and Project Health Check
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the online training products and online consultations offered by GRX PM Consultancy LLC, a company registered with the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC No. 04010), Doha, Qatar (“Company”, “we”, “us”), and your use of the free Project Health Check available on this website. By purchasing or accessing any product or service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Online Training: Products and Access
We offer four access tiers for the Industrial Project Management online course:
- Starter (Slides, 90 days): access to all 5 slide modules for 90 days from the purchase date.
- Slides Premium (Slides, unlimited): permanent access to all 5 slide modules.
- Video Access (Video + Slides, 90 days): access to all 5 narrated video modules and the slides for 90 days from the purchase date.
- Full Course (Video + Slides, unlimited): permanent access to all 5 narrated video modules and the slides.
After payment, you receive an email with a secure access link. Videos are available for streaming only. Access is granted to one individual per licence. Sharing credentials or access links with third parties is strictly prohibited. Corporate licences are subject to a separate agreement.
2. Online Consultations
Online consultations are one-to-one sessions of 30, 60 or 90 minutes with Guillaume Roux, sold at a flat rate paid in advance. After payment, you book your slot through the Cal.com link provided on the confirmation page and by email. The session takes place online, through the Google Meet link included in your calendar invitation.
- Free cancellation: you may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled session and receive a full refund.
- Ten-minute guarantee: if the consultation is not the right fit, say so within the first ten minutes; the session stops and you are refunded in full.
- Session not held: if the session does not take place for any reason on our side, your payment is refunded in full.
A consultation provides advice based on the consultant’s professional experience. You remain responsible for the decisions you take on your projects.
3. Project Health Check
The Project Health Check is a free, indicative self-assessment. It is not a substitute for an independent project review. Your answers are processed in your browser and are not stored by us, unless you choose to send your result to us by email.
4. Payment
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles payment, receipts and applicable sales taxes. Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including slides, videos, scripts, frameworks and supporting documents, as well as the content of this website, the Project Health Check and the GRX Project Recovery Framework™, are the exclusive intellectual property of GRX PM Consultancy LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell or publicly display any part of them without prior written consent.
Personal use for professional development is permitted. Use in corporate training delivery requires a separate corporate licence agreement.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, transfer or resell your access credentials or course materials
- Record, screenshot or redistribute video content
- Use the materials for commercial training delivery without authorisation
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or technical restrictions
7. Disclaimers
The course, the consultations and the Project Health Check are provided on the basis of the instructor’s and consultant’s professional experience. They do not constitute professional engineering, legal or financial advice. The Company makes no guarantee of specific outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GRX PM Consultancy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the course materials, the consultations or the Project Health Check.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
