Refund Policy Online training and online consultations
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of online training products and online consultations from GRX PM Consultancy LLC. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, through which approved refunds are issued.
1. Online Training: 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date, provided you have not accessed more than the first module of the course.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have elapsed since the date of purchase
- More than one module has been accessed or downloaded
- The request does not include a valid order reference
- The purchase was made under a corporate licence agreement (separate terms apply)
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the course materials, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly. Upon confirmation of a refund, your access to the course materials is revoked.
2. Online Consultations
- Free cancellation: cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session and you are refunded in full.
- Ten-minute guarantee: if the consultation is not the right fit, say so within the first ten minutes; we stop and you pay nothing.
- Session not held: if the session does not take place for any reason on our side, your payment is returned in full.
3. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to guillaume.roux@grx-pm.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and your order details. We process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and returned to the original payment method. The funds typically reach your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
